Ordering Information
You can place orders from LaptoPros.com via our secure website, which is available 24/7. The exact item you need can be discerned and located on our website using a variety of convenient features. You can choose to enter an item name, part number or search parameter in our search box. You can also choose to browse by category or brand. After you've arrived at the Product Details page for the item you wish to purchase, you can add the product to your shopping cart. You can then either continue shopping, or checkout.
Choosing to checkout will take you to our login page. If you are a returning customer to our website, simply enter your email and password to login. If not, click on "New Customer" and fill in the required fields. We accept most major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
After you have placed and completed your order, we will provide you with an order number. An email confirmation will also be sent to the email address given. If you have any questions about the ordering process, please send us an email. We usually reply to emails within 24 hours, during our normal business hours.

Shipping and Title
The purchaser is responsible for paying freight and shipping. LaptoPros.com will arrange to ship products to you at an address you designate. Title to and risk of loss of the products transfers to the purchaser when LaptoPros.com delivers them to the shipper, as allowed under item 2303 of the Uniform Commercial Code and corresponding state laws. All freight, insurance, and other related charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for promptly advising LaptoPros.com of any loss, and for filing a claim for recovery of any loss during transit.
